$HOTDOG: REVIEW NOTES IN PLAIN ENGLISH Original review snapshot: September 3, 2026, 23:02 UTC. Wording updated: September 18, 2026. Read the summary and run selected live checks: https://buyhot.dog/audit These notes recover the findings of the site's original community review. They are not an independent security audit. All historical amounts, holdings, fees and payout observations below refer to the September 3 snapshot. 1. THE TOKEN $HOTDOG launched on Robinhood Chain on September 2, 2026 at 20:04:47 UTC. Its contract address is: 0x1C1DAEF0300551aDBfbE403e7d567b6c5aFF566f The starting supply was 1 billion tokens. Holders can burn tokens, reducing the supply. The review found no admin controls to mint extra tokens, freeze wallets, pause transfers, add a token transfer tax or replace the code. The review compared the deployed token code with the Pons V2 template. It reported a 3,248-byte runtime matching the comparison token outside three fixed address fields. $HOTDOG's individual source was not separately verified on the explorers at the snapshot. A template comparison is evidence, not an independent certification of security. 2. THE ORIGINAL LIQUIDITY LOCK Liquidity means the tokens available for traders to swap against. The original $HOTDOG/COST trading position was Uniswap v4 position 1557779. The review found that the Pons lock contract owned this position and that its reviewed code had no function for withdrawing or transferring it. The lock contract also held 81,632,653 $HOTDOG, about 8.16% of starting supply, separately from the position. At the snapshot, the original locked pool represented about $140,000 of the $450,000 in reported liquidity across 30 pools, roughly 31%. Other positions were separate and could be withdrawn by their providers. These dollar amounts are historical. A locked position does not guarantee a price or an exit price. The live panel rereads the lock flag, position number, position owner, position liquidity, recorded token lock and actual token balance. It does not perform a new source-code audit or check every trading position. 3. FEES AND HOLDER PAYMENTS At the snapshot, the original pool's base swap fee was 1%, with no additional creator tax. Of that fee, 30% went to Pons and 70% went to a payout contract. For a $100 swap, that base fee would be $1: $0.30 to Pons and $0.70 to the payout contract. Gas, routing and other pool fees can add trading costs. The review observed COST payments from the payout contract to $HOTDOG holders. It recorded 85.75 COST received from the fee escrow in 101 sweeps, and 747 payments to 246 wallets in the 52 minutes before the snapshot. These observations do not establish a payment promise, eligibility for every holder or future yield. The review found that Pons could raise the base fee to 10%, raise its share of that fee to 50%, and change the creator-fee recipient after a 3-day delay. The holder-payout contract used unverified, upgradeable code with a 48-hour delay on the relevant upgrade control. Payments could change or stop. The live panel reads the base fee settings. It does not verify whether holder payments are continuing, or calculate the full cost of an individual trade. 4. THE IDENTIFIED LAUNCH WALLET The identified launch wallet was: 0xD636710612758ED1EcDE1f944310c521e1Fc0428 It bought 66,760,194 $HOTDOG, about 6.68% of supply, using 0.1 ETH at launch. It sold that amount about four minutes later, at 20:08:46 UTC, for about $4,160. That wallet held zero $HOTDOG at the September 3 snapshot. This does not prove the same person has no other wallets or token holdings. The live panel checks only this identified address. 5. LAUNCH AND HOLDER NUMBERS The original pool was created 87 seconds after launch. The supply split was: - 714,285,714 tokens sold through the launch curve: 71.43%. - 204,081,633 tokens used to start the locked pool: 20.41%. - 81,632,653 tokens locked separately: 8.16%. At the September 3 snapshot: - Holder addresses: 4,644. - Largest wallet: 2.80% of supply. - Top five wallets, excluding the pool manager and locker: 8.34%. - Top ten wallets, excluding the pool manager and locker: 13.54%. Wallets are not people. One person can control several addresses. Smart-wallet software, holder counts and high trading volume do not prove that buyers are independent or that every trade is organic. 6. REMAINING DEPENDENCIES AND RISKS COST is the tokenized Costco stock asset in the original pair. Its contracts have issuer controls, including pause, mint and burn powers, and can be upgraded. Owning $HOTDOG does not give you Costco shares. The liquidity lock addresses withdrawal of the original trading position. It does not rule out software bugs, outside liquidity leaving, large holders selling, changes to fees or payouts, or a loss of demand for $HOTDOG.
